Airtel — regarding cheap service at airtel office sinhagad road | |||
I have lost my mobile phone containing airtel simcard so i blocked the number with the help of custmore care then for new sim i went to airtel office as sim was on my dad's name i have no documents of him so employee there told me to get the sim u had to convert the sim to postpaid firstly i was ready and proceed as they told to me the next day i went to airtel office they said the procedure were stopped we have proceed again then i asked for the prepaid card with my dad's documents they said ok then i submited the aadhar card of father and they gave me prepaid card and told me it will activate in 4 hours i waited for nearly 7 days and the card was not activated and i went again to airtel office i asked about the activation of card they told me it is not possible to issue the prepaid one if postpaid is already in process but at the start as i told they issue me prepaid by saying me postpaid is cancelled but later they are telling thats not possible now i have cheched in the airtel office 7-8 times they are telling lies and lies and proving me as i am lier they told 4 hours will be taken for activation now they are saying they didn't tell this please look into this matter i have all my accounts linked with that simcard number its 20 days passed i am not getting the right service there i am mentally dispressed i had not sleeped for 2 nights please please ur consideration can make a change, they will issue simcard immediately and also help me to give me compensation about the cheap service at their office!!! The most pathetic customer care service provider. We have recharged for digital TV still after 24 hours, channels are not available...called customer care, messaged, did everything. But no results.pls take action. Customer id - [protected]

No signal... suddenly cal cut, , , not coming incoming call and out going calls also.. please check this problem...if this problem not solved I am changing network...

not buy airtel digital tv dth service dish for better than that 100% very poor not buy all waste money & time
