Airtel — regarding not providing the services that bharti airtel offer me for my paid amount. | |||
Sir, My registered mobile number for Bharti Airtel DTH is [protected] and DTH account number [protected]-001. I received a customer Care call from Bharti Airtel on 8 Oct 2018 regarding a offer for my DTH, I confirm the same from Bharti Airtel customer care. The offer was that on recharge of Rs 799 I will get the base pack for 6 months and after that I will have to recharge with a amount of Rs 130 per month for continuing the same pack, if I fail to recharge then free to the air channels will be available for life time (repeat free to the air channels for life time). Being a attractive package I recharged on 9 Oct 2018 with required amount of Rs 799. Now, my said offer last upto 5 April 2019. From 5 April 2019 late night no channels are available, not even the free to the air channels, which should be available for my DTH for life time, since I have already paid for that, according to Bharti Airtel DTH offers given to me as offer on 9 Oct 2018. Till my offer was valid, my base pack was active. Now they have stop all channels, even FTA channels also. Now, customer care is not responding properly, they are also in doubt about providing FTA channels for life time. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and provide them a proper direction as soon as possible, so that Bharti Airtel DTH service provide me Free to the air channels for life time or refund my paid amount of Rs 799.
