Airtel — regarding postpaid mobile no. [protected]-weak network

I have made a complaint regarding fluctuation of mobile network on 10th january-18 as per complaint no.82616994 but nothing has yet been done. I am feeling lot of dissatisfaction because during a call from mobile voice usually breaks in betwwen, due to which lot of calls get wasted. May pl. Do the needful at the earliest to provide relief,
