Airtel — regarding the dth packs and channel selection | |||
While choosing channels on ala-carte basis, Airtel is giving 25 channels on their own and which cannot be deselected. Moreover the NCF charges are being charged more than what it has to be. On calling to customer care, I have been told that my complain is registered and no action has been taken till now. Now they are not connecting my call to their customer agent, later they stopped my call from being connected to their agents. Was this information helpful? | |||
