Airtel — reissue of my lost sim

I have lost my postpaid sim and have blocked the calls even 2months back. My sim belongs to odisha and in karnataka when ever i am going to any of outlet they suggest me to go another retail. I belived airtel ll give best service and now i am paying the monthly charges. Could any on say i work in banglore and for getting mu sim back i have to my home town back to odisha...
