Airtel — Relocation not done | |
Register a relocation on jan 30th and wait one week then one engineer came and told me box is not in my apartment so need to install it for setting the connection. agaon wait for three days and still there was no update. then request for a disconnection on feb 8th. but again on 13th feb called me and said we will do the relocation within one day. then again one engineer visit and told me the same story box not available, don't know when is going to do it. Now really fed up the service from airtel. Now I am planning to change to new operator. so do the disconenction and also not done the relocation request on 30th jan, so you are failed to do it, so this month there is no usage happens from my side. going forward dont charge me any bills and really your service is pathetic to existing customer. I am using the connection from more than 6+ years but not really happy the way you treated me in this case, for new connection your sales team was telling within two days worl will complete and I get the connection but for reloaction to existing customer you are not doing it, doesn't understand the between these two what is the difference.
