[Resolved] Airtel — Rental plan 999 | |||||
Hi there, I have taken a number [protected], with the rental plan 999 in the month of October (15/10/16). The rental plan as told to me by the agent, with free unlimited local + STD calls, and addtionally of 7GB free data. My data pack got ended by 21st and I have requested for an additional 10GB pack in the price of 1000. Before first month ending I have called up to the customer care ans enquired about it and the have told me the additional pack will not be renewed in the next bill cycle. After the first month the bill came of INR 3200+. I called up the customer care and asked them how come the bill could amounting this! he started reading the bill. I also know how to read English!!I asked them a clarrification of thew bill and asked their re[presentative to call me up. There was no show despite the promise of being called within 24 Hrs. I asked the recent bill details as well, and the fellow told me that additional 1000 RS data, which I had bought in the last day, was not deactivated, as it is not a auto deactivated one (First contary from the customer care!) and second of all, the free 7GB internet which one was included in the plan, has been vanished. The reperesentative has told me that out of 50 buckets, I have only 44 filled and the rest are remianed empty. I have asked several times for the airtel representative to call me, but there is only third party vendor call, who just read the bill for me! I asked the clarrification and there was nothing! Repeated ly for two months I have asked the airtel representative to call me, but there was no show. The number got deactivcated in the month of December citing the non payment of the account and they barred everything. But, the rental was on its own go!In the month of January one lady called me and asked wheteher I am still using the number. I told NO. She asked me when the payment will be done of INR9000+ (!!!). I got surprised, the provider has barred the service, I am not getting anything, then why the hell I should pay rental! For not using the number? Everyday I am recieving a call regarding this and asking when the payment will happen!. Please provide a proper understanding of the bill and the tell me why I should not be entitled for 10+7 GB of the internet pack! Where is the unfilled bucket goes?and why I should pay 999 rental still, when I am paying 1000 for 10GB! Again why I should drop a rental for not using the number since from november! I am using a regular connection of VF and the billing is crystalk clear. However I am using a dongle number of Airtel as well, and never faced any problem.
