Airtel — repeated bill errors on mobile number[protected]

Please note that airtel is double charging me and also sending bills with error.

I called 2 times in last month and got the amount waiver messages but it was never waived off.
Each time the executive re-performs calculations of waiver and it consumes 30 minutes. Seems there is no record kept of previous correction.

The worst part is i am not getting feedback on the queries those i raised on bill errors.

Below bills have errors (Double charges/extra amount charged)_
 bill period - 11 mar 2018 to 10 apr 2018
 bill period – 11 apr 2018 to 10 may 2018

Can you please urgently look into this?

Please waive the correct amount and also provide a call back on my airtel number.

I must clearly state that am tired of following up with airtel and seriously thinking now to change the service provider.


=today on 13th june 2018 i received bill bill number[protected].

It again has problem.
Query 1-
For period 11may to 15may, why did airtel charged me as per family plan 499?
This period should be charged as per plan 299.

Query 2-
I have done ecs for last 5 years.
Why 100 rupees charged as late fees?
