Airtel — rs 399 plan - a scam | |||
My service o[censored]nlimited calling + 1gb/day for 70 days on airtel no. [protected], being stopped on 28 days for unknown reasons and without any notification. Since i did not realize this for sometime as notification was sent, i continued using the data and calling which consumed rs100 balance from my main account. Even the customer care did not helped rather acted unprofessionally and irrational, resulting into waste of time. Currently i have 5 airtel numbers in my family but such a fraud and cheating, has only deteriorated my faith in airtel service. Request to take strict action against the airtel. My airtel unlimited talk time service has stopped working from being Nov 26th 2017.
My unlimited plan comprises of 35 days unlimited talk time and 1gb per day..
It was stopped suddenly without completing of my validity..ND consumed balance from my main account..
Request to take strict action against Airtel
