[Resolved] Airtel — Rude behavior and deactivating the top up plan without my permission | |||||
Sir my dot no is[protected] . My previous plan was 899/- -20gb. +100/- 20gb. + 5gb. I called customer care mr Prakash Sewani and they suggested me that they are offering 25 % discount on tariffs and 25gb. More data . I agreed and told them to do . After call message came to me that ur 100/- 20gb. Top up plan is deactivated . I talked again to mr bhupinder Kurni he blamed me that u only said to do I told him that I didn't .
