Airtel — same plan recharge happened twice

Address:Tummalapalem, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna district, Bangalore, Karnataka, 521456

I tried to recharge with 597 plan from Google pay. So transaction failed twice. So tried to recharge again in paytm and Recharge successful. Surprisingly one Google pay transaction is successful after some time and Recharge Happened twice. I want refund of 597 or stack up the same plan after expiry of first one. Airtel customer service is helpless. Being cheated and looted by network.
