Can any one from airtel secure understand me what is "accidental damage". My phone drops from the hand and screen got damaged. Isn't it "accidental damage"? Why the dropping of phone is not covered under "accidental damage". Pls don't make fool to your customer by false promise & advertisement. No one drop phone intentionally its an accident only.
