Airtel — services on my number are disabled | |||
Hi, I was trying to port my number from airtel as the network and services were not satisfactory. I sent the message for porting the number. After 5 minutes i received a call from airtel and they continuously for more than 10 times. When i picked the call they asked me the reason for porting the number. After hearing my problems they asked me to pay the bill and they took the request by themselves converting my postpaid to prepaid and they said they converted it. And when tried to recharge it was continuously failing. I contacted back and they response was not satisfactory. They are extending the time but no solution. Now i use my phone to make very important calls and airtel doesn't seem care about it. I request you to take an action as they barely respond without a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
