Airtel — set up box stopped working

Set up box stopped working. we are not getting any picture on the screen and even sound. First we use to get full colored screen now that also stoooed. So i request you that As soon as possible pls make it repair because just before 2 days we have activated the pack.so I request you guys to send your engineers within 2 days otherwise I will remove airtel connection

Internet is very slow not able to stream at particular place and same request has been told to customer care but not resolved
