[Resolved] Airtel — Still no, refund not, responding to complaints not responding here too | |
So i have a refund pending of amount 87 and even after complaints, they are not doing anything. I tried calling 400 but no luck there as there no option for customer service. I sent emails which they said will reply in 2 days and its a week and nothing. The complaint numbers are 295192. Feb 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved It took them 3 weeks for a thing that is to be done in 5 days, The service was unacceptable. Needs to improve on it. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
