Airtel — sim card activation [protected] | |||
Sir/ma’am, I was an airtel consumer since last 10-11 years, and i was using [protected] (Prepaid) since 6 years. And used to carry it while i go abroad, lasts november 2017 i have received a sms and as per sms i recharged the above mentioned number, immediately after couple of days phone stared to show “sim card registration failed” So very next month i came back to india and i approached one of the airtel outlet (Thoppumpady, kochi, kerala), and explained to the customer care executive about the rough experience that i have gone through. But unfortunately the executive’s response wasn’t a pleasing one. Even i was ready to go for a postpaid connection. Because of that bitter experience, i went directly to vodafone i applied for a postpaid connection, they gave me the number which similar to my old number, hence my family members also switched in to vodafone. As a last attempt i am writing this email, if there is any chance to gain my old airtel number [protected]. Hoping for the best action from you Was this information helpful? | |||
