Airtel — sim is not working even after 9 days of porting request. | |||
I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel but my new airtel sim is not working even after 9 days of porting request. My old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working. Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 9th january 2018, after 9 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working. Is this your world class service If i call on customer care or go to airtel store (They replace my sim 3 times) they don't have any solution also,. Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim. Please solve my problem. I tried calling their customer care and nobody responding. And i lost almost 50+ rs
