[Resolved] Airtel — Sim not active after porting from Vodafone to Airtel | |||||
Hello, I have opted for porting from Vodafone to Airtel on 25/03/2016. I have visited Airtel store and they gave me a new sim. On 29/03/2017 my no got ported but as soon as i inserted the new sim for activation of services the new sim shows "no service". Moreover I visited Airtel store and they told me that my sim has not been activated by airtel. Please resolve the issue as my no is now not working as I have only one working sim. Its a great nuisance by the service provided by you guys. Please look into the matter.
