Airtel — since sim swap 4g services suspended

My 4g sim was damaged so i swapped it with another 4g sim (Duplicate sim) but since then my 4g isn’t working whenever i turn on my mobile data it keeps on showing 3g. I called customer care more than 10 times but they haven’t resolved it yet it has already been one n a half week. They keep on saying that it will be resolved in 24 hours. I even changed my location as well since they told me that the problem is in my location, but the problem still persisted. I have recharged my phone with 448 4g pack n i think it is getting wasted.
