Airtel — sms not receiving and balance automatically deducted | |
I'm using airtel prepaid and presently i'm in international roaming since last four months. Sms are not receiving since last one week. I recharged for rs.100 and after few hours it has been deducted automatically without any notification.. When balance is availbale, i tried to call but couldn't. And incoming calls also coming.. Still unable to receive sms.. Was this information helpful? | |

When I get a call or dial a call it harldly lasts for 10 minutes and getting disconnected with 0 network signal. This is so inconvenient. I'm not able to tolerate. Planning to switch my network to other one. Please fix this issue at the earliest on a high priority note. Or else you will loose many facing this issue for more than two months.
I have a request that my sim is not activate because it is not used for a month please reactivate my sim mobile no is [protected], sim no is[protected]U, IMSI no is [protected]
