[Resolved] Airtel — sms service not functioning | |
Dear sir/madam, I enhanced my old airtel sim to 4g on 24/02/2019 at 13.00 pm. After that incoming and outgoing calls are working well but till now i could not get and send any sms. Is there any kind of restriction information for upgrading sim to 4g. Let me know the correct information regarding this. My number is [protected]. Kindly resolve it. Regards, M. Feb 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved At the time 4G migration SMS services will be blocked for 48 hours for the reason of fraud prevention like smishing and otp frauds. Thank you airtel Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
