Airtel — someone using my name for airtel number

I am getting ebill on my personal email ID kamal.[protected]@gmail.com for airtel number [protected] which is not belongs to me. In true caller, the name of person is also same as "Kamal Singh Jamwal" and from J&K.

Please let me how my email address is used for this subscriber of J&K.
