Airtel customer service said that they will send some technical man to do STB check, but still no one has come to do STB check, very bad experience happened by talking with customer care, Customer care Guys Disconnect Call without giving any solution. (
Airtel technical people solve the problem without coming to the client location, they close the complain without resolving the STB problem and the new complain re-raise, This happen with me for the last 4 days. )

Airtel customer care, Lots of money west to talk with
Airtel customer care, They are cut my call again and again with out any solution, Now they told me u can do what ever u can do.

Airtel, I'm writing this in every disappointment and frustration about the support from
Airtel and many time I was post regarding my STB Issue but still this issue is not solved, One of the worst service I had in
Airtel, you guys are cheating.. with customers..that's why you fallen from rank... I will advice all my family members and friends.. to not use
Airtel... No Action to branch manager and field Technician who suggest me to disconnect
airtel connection and told me u can do what u can. They told me we will not refund your money.

Airtel guys said me to buy new television to view
Airtel Android box, Mr Akhil from
Airtel mention that
Airtel Android box working well only on smart TV. This foolish Reason from
airtel guys, Why they not mention this on
Airtel webside and advertise this,
Airtel installation technical also not mention this to me at the time of Android box installation, This is my request to take quick action on
Airtel. Otherwise they will do same as other customer for money.

airtel dth TV such a big brand company, I have call to last 30 days trying to resolve my problems, but no engineer visits... and everyday customer service guys saying tomorrow and there is 30 tomorrow gone but no one cam... I call to 29th July and today is 30th Aug... I don't know when tomorrow has cam... Worst service experience...
