Airtel — stealing money | |||||
This is to inform you that Bharti Airtel has automatically activated Games Fort value added service in my mobile number and is deducting my balance by 35 rupees a week. I called them up several times to resolve the issue but they didn't bother to listen. I am very shocked to see this type of attitude from Airtel. I had received a message that a pack named namkeen was activated for 7 days charging Rs.35 .but i hadn't activated any such pakage.i need to know why the pack was activated and i want my balance charged back
