[Resolved] Airtel — Stopping VAS services

I am a airtel prepaid customer with number [protected]. I have been charged for VAS services like video pack, midnighmasala the services i never subscribed. I contacted the customer care & got the advice to sms STOP to 155223 & received the confirmation that the services are stopped. But again i am charged for the same services & on inquiry i am told that Airtel customer care can not help in this matter. Kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue at the earliest.

Updated by [email protected] I am being charged by Airtel for midnightmasal & other Vas services. Despite repeated requests VAS services are getting activated in my mobile numbered [protected] & I have been charged for the subscription which I never subscribed.
Plz look into it & request you to stop & direct airtel stop charging me for this.
