Airtel — strict action

I am facing the network as well as internet issue from the airtel communication number [protected].
Now, i faced the same issue when i was at delhi, agra from 11th august to 13th august.
Why airtel sending bill even i am unable to use services properly?

I send 30e-mails to appellate and lodged 7-10complaints regarding this but no resolution.

A strict action on airtel.

Updated by Vivaansh Airtel is not a fastest network tele-communication it's a faster costumer eating money tele-communication.
