[Resolved] Airtel — Taking extra money from generating false postpaid bill every month | |||
My number is [protected]. And my plan is 399. The billing cycle is 23 to 22 of ever month. The last month bill is generated on 22 april 2017. Now in the last month billing cycle i didn't make a single call from airtel number. Still the bill generated by airtel is 564 rs. When i gave a call to their customer service on 26 th april. That the person name is john who received my call. He said that as bill generated on 22 th april and you are paid till 26 th april so we are charging late fee of rs 100 /-. After arguing later, he said that i am making a complaint and will waive off 100 rs from your bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
