Airtel — tele verification is on hold

I have ported my no. From jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and when it connects it asks to switch off the phone after 30 minutes and does not ask about the tele verification. Also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, and recharge my number. Moreover signals are coming but still the activation is pending.
