Airtel — there is no 3g in our town

Hello our India is going to get 5G but our town is not getting 3g speed to send a hi message in what's app it is taking more than 2 hours and to browse I can't tell so please respond to this issue and please give us 4G speed .Our town is a developing town so please solve our internet issues and try to install 4G in our town .
