Airtel — they are deducting my data unnecessarily and they don't have any adequate knowledge about that. | |||
I am shaliny jha a common user of airtel i had done a recharge of 199 on my number [protected] on 2nd june 2018 in evening at almost 7:30pm and from the second day on they are deducting my data unnecessarily when i use 200 mb they show your whole today's data limit is ended. On other day on 4th of june 2018 i had opened facebook for 30 mins they showed that "you have used 90% of you daily data of 1.4gb. After then i called customer care number they don't gave me adequate information and when i asked for statement they don't gave me. They told me that your apps are updating automatically but it was not true from the first day when i bought this mobile i had switched off the auto updating mode. After ending the call i had done the recharge of rs 49 in which they normally give 2.4 gb, and i had switched on internet for only 4 to 5 mins for checking my money in on my airtel app they showed me that you have used 1.4 gb of 2.4 gb and left data was only 1gb after only 4 to 5 mins. And i had called the customer care again they talked very rudely with me. So please i request you to take my problem in consent and do the right thing against this telecommunications company.
