I have requested for airtel land line with broad band connection,
I have submitted the proof and gave cash of Rs.2100,
They said the amount will be deducted for 1st three month bill,

I waited for 3 weeks, I gave complaint which was not solved,
i wrote mail to [protected]@airtel.com
Complaint number :[protected]

Since i haven't received any proper reply, i wrote to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com

They convinced it will be done in a week time, no use .

Later i lost my patience, i shoutedand said i dont want your connection i want my money back .
They asked me to raise online refund request the same i din, till date i haven't received any reply .

still i haven't got any feedback
I wrote to nodal, Appelleate level
Every day some person will be calling to update me that the issue will be solved, not happen at any time
