Airtel — told to close the postpaid airtel data card but not closing instead sending bills | |||
I have taken airtel data card with six months of advance rental [protected]. But the services in my area is very poor. I have complaint against this but nothing was done. So decided to close the no. After six months i paid the dues and told to close the connection. and they have assured that connection will be closed. After almost three months a msg came to me stating that your bill is due against your no of rs 3990. I rang to customer care and asked them about this msg. They told me that ur no is not closed and u have to pay the bill. This is totally unfair i am not using the no since i have told them to close the commection. This is unfair practices that u will not close the no instead of telling and further u will ask for the bill for the services which have not been used. I want this bill to be waived of from the airtel side. Was this information helpful? | |||
