Airtel — took money for upgrading to 4g

Jeet communications, east gate, jain college arrah charged rs50 for upgrading my sim to 4g [protected], please tell me how can i get back my money. Company says it will upgrade the sim in free but it didn't happen no body is upgrading in free. Company should take action and refund my rs50. And take action so that the same doesn't happen again to anybody
