Airtel — twice bill deduction from credit card | |||
Every month airtel deducts the same amount from my hdfc credit card for bill payment and adjusts in next bill.. Now due to my foreign visit my airtel bill is 4500 which is deducted twice making my credit card bill reach 9000+. This was reported but no help from airtel was received. The customer care guy asked for my account number details and when i asked him to write an email for same so that if there is any misshapen in my account i have a proof, he declined. He then just said amount will be credited and reflected in 3 days. It has been 8 days and nothing has been productive. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made the payment for the new broadband connection. The executive told me that it will be installed within 48 hours but it is still not installed. My CAF Number is 40138517. I made the payment on the 19th of this month. The transaction ID is[protected].

Dear sir my no. [protected] one month ago network problem no net speed and error is show bad network. So please issue my problem.
