[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to change my Broadband Plan since 1 month | |||
AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP NO. [protected] I raised plan change request to Airtel on 7.Feb.2017 since then the harassment has started. I made ample of calls to customer care for change of my existing plan every time they said sever is down but during my last transaction they clearly mentioned that I am not in there database and since then no service request number has been provided. I have emailed them for that also zero gravity response till date. Today I called up again, the same response is there that we are helpless. Email Id - nodal.[protected]@airtel.in is not working. I have never expected such harassment from Airtel. Though I am paying regularly for the services on time. Consumer Airtel has degraded there services that too in City like Gurgaon.
