[Resolved] Airtel — unable to receive calls, can't activate mca

Recently ported in to airtel. Facing bad customer support. Unable to receive calls from some numbers. Also, unable to activate missed call alerts. Contacted their customer care through email, registered complaints.. But still no use.
Service request numbers: clsms[protected] and cicpl[protected].
And when i complained about missed call alerts, they asked me to restart my phone.. Can't talk to their support agent as i'm a prepaid user. This is discrimination.
