[Resolved] Airtel — unable to recharge after converting my number from postpaid to prepaid | |||
I have converted my postpaid number to prepaid but now i am not able to recharge it via airtel app or any other recharge medium. I am able to receive calls and use internet but not able to recharge because of which i can't make any outgoing calls. I tried calling airtel customer care but it says don't have sufficient balance. Even i tried calling from different number but the call gets disconnected as soon as i give my airtel number. Pathetic service from airtel who claims to be india's largest mobile service provider. Jan 15, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As per Airtel representative the postpaid to prepaid takes time because of which i was unable to recharge.
The issue is resolved but this is not expected from Airtel. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
