Airtel — unable to recharge after converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid | |||
I have converted my airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 10th jan 2018. When i try to recharge error msg is showing. I cannot recharge through online as well as offline. I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at airtel store, but they could not give a proper solution. I have been using the same number from past many years. From past 13 days, i cannot call to anyone.
