Airtel — unable to recharge my new airtel number

I have bought a new airtel sim some days back and i didnt recieve any activated text or messages yet. I have tried calling the no 59059 but it doesn't says anything about my sim being activated. However my incoming call is working fine but i cannot recharge my phone at all.. I have been trying to recharge for days now but in vain. Mobile no is [protected]. I would really appreciate if u could kindly help me out.
