I am Very Much Irritated with the Service Provided by Airtel - I have purchased Airtel SIM ([protected]) before 2 months - From the time of Purchase i unable to use Internet properly in any where
I have raised many Complaint through Airtel App (CALCG3BLR[protected] ON 21ST APRIL & CLCQU3BLR[protected] & 2 Times through 121 Customer Care number - But Still my Issue is not Resolved
When i Called to 121 Customer care on 6th May 2022 today - Customer Care Executive is stating that she cont transfer to Higher Authority to escalate my Issue - I want to PORT to JIO either - Even that they are not Permitting that SIM is under 90days from Activiation
i want solution - Either Solve my Problem or else allow me to PORT to JIO
