Airtel — unfair charges on my bill | |||
This is related to my airtel number [protected]. I have been charged unfairly by airtel for 400/- rs for a service which i have not subscribed for. Despite of having multiple calls to customer care and nails sent to [protected]@in. Airtel.com, the problem has not yet resolved. - have been charged 399/- for airtel secure service for which i made continuous calls on each days to customer care and was assured that no charges will be there on my account. - when i moved my plan from 499/- to 299/-, i was told i will be given 100/- discount on monthly basis to reduce the plan to 199/- as well as an instant discount of 230/- to cover off taxes for request by your executive not to have me moved into prepaid... However this wasn’t shown on my bill for this month. Was it just to ensure that you can these charges and feel people may not check their bills and you can get anything you want...
