Airtel — unjustified disconnection - airtel poor customer service and accounts system | |||
I am extremely disappointed that Airtel has disconnected my internet service. I have emailed [protected]@in.airtel.com several times about this matter but they have never taken steps to resolve the problem. Our company paid for 6 months service on the 7th December 2018 but Airtel’s system is so useless it is not able to track the payment. Instead of resolving the problem, they disconnect us.
