Airtel — unknown status of my order #10062716 | |||||
Hi team, I have ordered an iphone 8 plus from airtel online store on dec 3rd and my kyc got successful on the very next day. Since then the status of my order went unknown. When i am trying to track my order under "airtel online store — my order" section and vulcan courier express (Airtel courier partner) as well, the status reflecting as "scheduled pickup on dec 6th. The same is being shown since last a week and no further updates on this. Its really disappointing and not expected from airtel. Pathetic customer services. Please expedite my delivery and take prompt actions on this or else i have to cancel my order and port out from airtel network as well. Regards, Sumit Was this information helpful? | |||||
