Please note that i have a balance of rs. 634 which has a unlimited validity. Received a message today saying important update - outgoing & incoming service on your airtel mobile number 98xxxxxxx has expired. To restart, recharge now, dial *121*51#. This is totally unacceptable to keep my money which they are blocking forcing me to recharge for a unlimited pack. They are claiming that they have upgraded their policy and it cannot be changed.
