Airtel — unnecessary balance deductions

I am a regular customer of airtel. My airtel number is [protected]. Today on 17 april 2018 some services get activated on my number without my permission and balance has deducted for the same. I got 2 messages that two services activated in my account one was classyandglamvideos for which rs.99 deducted and other was erosnow for which rs.35 has been charged. I have also activated dnd service on my number. I never activated such type of serviceson my number.
I humbly request please go through this issue and remove all such services from my number and refund my whole balance which has deducted unnecesarily and help me to continue my services in future.
