[Resolved] Airtel — unnecessary balance has deducted | |||
I have to write this mail because Airtel is decreasing its quality of service toward their customers. Several time my balance have deducted but this time it is ENOUGH. My unlimited pack ended on 16 September at mid night 12:00AM. I have used mobile data till 11:30PM. I am not able to understand how balance can deduct. Total 27 rupee have deducted. So I connected to customer care and someone Jyoti Parjapati was talking to me. She informed me that I have used my mobile data at 11:15PM and because of that the balance have deducted. I asked her how it would be possible but she was not able to answer me. She have transfer my call to her senior executive. That was informed me that my balance have deducted because I have used mobile data at 1:15AM and because of that my balance deducted. (Two different type of talk). He informed me that I have consumed 51MB data and the 4G data charge is 50 paisa per 10KB. So as I have calculated it - Consumed data 51MB (52224KB) as 10KB data for 50 paisa so 52224KB data = 52224*50/10 = 261120 Paisa = 2611.20 Rupya So I want to know why only 27 rupees have deducted if the cost of 51MB is 2611 rupees.
