Airtel — unnecessary data deduction | |||
Hello sir, my name is Utkarsh Tiwari today my data balance deducted about 200 MB and when I called the customer service representative and told my problem rather then try to help me out they ignore that this is their fault and put all this on me and their customer service representative also try to convince me that this is my mistake because I use YouTube in high resolution (which I didn't) according to my Airtel thanks app I used 700.39 MB Data and my daily limit is 1.4 GB But according to Airtel, I have left only 537.3 MB Data which is wrong, because if I used 700.39 MB Data than I must still have 699.61 MB Data left on my account. And their behavior also really bad with me the way they talk and the amount of time they took (about 20 minutes) please help me because it happens with me alot of times but i ignore but right now this is serious.
