Airtel — unnecessary deduction from my account

Hello Airtel,

This is Vaishak M R, my mobile number is +91 [protected], on 10/08/17 ₹26/- was deducted from my account from data usage. I have opted for 399 pack in which I am eligible for 1gb per day. Despite, of this my Balance was deducted. I had used the data of 500 mb of daily limit of 1gb. And I was also not able to use test data for whole day. Because of your mistake I lost ₹. 15000/-. Due to no internet I couldn't complete one project. I lost my money. Who will compensate it.

Kindly refund my money back.
