[Resolved]  Airtel — Unnecessary Services getting repeatedly getting activated on my prepaid number [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
Since past one month, unnecessary services are getting activated on my airtel prepaid number: [protected]. I have lost huge amount of my main balance. Even after deactivating the services, whenever I recharge my account, the services get automatically renewed and again i get charged for that.
Yesterday I complained by calling customer care, and they too did the same, i.e, deactivating the services from their side.
I was also told that these services are being activated and renewed from my side, which is absolutely false.
However, today again services worth Rs.160 have been renewed on my number which is deducted from my account.
Attaching all the snapshots for your reference.

Kindly address this issue on priority. I would like to get back all my lost balance, if not I would not hesitate to escalate this issue further to the highest hierarchy.
