[Resolved]  Airtel — Unprofessional services

I am currently using above Airtel post-paid number, Kindly note that during may bill period 07th April to 07th May 2017 my data connection has been disconnected by Airtel, when I called Airtel customer care for the same as details below,

Call 01 : As they said, Airtel customer care executive raised complaint for the same & assure that concern department will resolve your issue within 48hrs (Note:- same time in My Airtel App showing 10 GB data is pending / balance to use)
Call 02 : Airtel customer care executive explain the resolution of above complaint is ‘’all data (13 GB) has been consumed & you don’t have data balance in your account’’ (Note: how can Airtel can show uses of 10 GB data within 1 day).
: When I asked details of data uses, Airtel customer care executive answer me that they don’t have any details & ask me to wait till generate the bill. (Note – during the conversation I have informed your executive that I need that bill with proper data uses details & if that bill is not showing properly then I will not pay single amount against billing amount)
Call 03 : Once again I have called Airtel customer care to know about my bill generate / issue time, Mr. Dheeraj (Airtel customer care executive) was there on other side & when I discus my problem with him then he have suggest me to change the current plan. During our telephonic conversation Mr. Dheeraj advised me that following benefit - no need to pay extra charges for new plan changes, I can use 4gb data, Airtel data offer (10 GB @ 100 RS per month ) will be continued without any changes.
Call 04 : Airtel data offer (10 GB @ 100 RS per month) has been disconnected & as usual once again I called Airtel customer care & answer was from Airtel executive is “That Airtel data offer plan will be discontinued automatically if you change your plan & we are unable to help you on the same’’ (Note : I lost 10GB data offer because of Airtel executive wrong information)
Call 05 : Received Airtel Bill on 10th May 2017 & that bill was not showing proper details of my data uses. Again I have called Airtel customer care to know my bill details, Ms. Anmol was there & I explained her again all above matter. As usual she apologise & not able to help on the same. After long conversation she transferred my call to Supervisor Mr. Sandip Dep & same time he also not able give proper data uses details or wave of my billing charges. When I was not happy with his answers he have raised complaint to higher authority & assure that within 3 days I will get a call from that concern department with proper solution.
Call 05 : After 5 days I again called to Airtel customer care to know my above complaint & Airtel executive answer me that Mr. Sandip was not on the floor & you will get call within 30 minutes
Call 06 : No call from Mr. Sandip so again called Airtel customer care & this time executive have different answer that Mr. Sandip has gone for lunch so you will receive call within next 30 minutes
: After 15 minutes I received call from Mr. Sandip so I have asked him about my compliant which he had raised to higher authority but answers from Mr. Sandip is very disappointing which is 1 - If higher authority found that complaint is not genuine, then they will not call you or inform you about the same 2 - Mr. Sandip don’t have authority to follow up with that higher authority 3 - Airtel customer care are unable to give you proper data uses details or wave of my billing amount. 4 – Please send email to customer care & only they can help you on the same.

During my last call with Mr. Sandip Dep, while I am complaining above situation which I am suffering from last month & at the same time of our conversation he was laughing on me which is unprofessional, when I have showed some anger on him then he was like i[censored] talk rudely with me then am not gonna help u or listen your complain also he will disconnect the call & next time I will not get help from his side. He don’t have any idea how to talk with a customer.

Hi.

Kindly note that complaint is still pending & from last one month no one give me explanation on my below questions.

Also note that Airtel follow their some policy in proper way like bill charges, late fee charges, payment reminder, disconnect the connection etc.& when it comes to customer no one will help him on his complaint.

1. Why Airtel disconnect my data connection if the data was balance in my account ?
2. Why Airtel not able to solve the issue when I complained about the same ?
3. Why after one month Airtel executive is saying that was a mismatch & why I have to accept the same ?
4. Why Airtel not able to take action against the supervisor (Mr. Sandip Dep) who was laughing on me at time of conversation which is unprofessional.
5. Why Airtel not able to take action against the executive (Mr. Dheeraj) who give me wrong information about new plan?
6. Kindly note that above all complaints against the Airtel service which I have explained to Airtel on every call from last month & why should I pay Airtel for this type of service?
7. How can Airtel waive of 1000 INR from my billing amount without any clarification or my permission?
